Christopher Bryant has almost 50 years of research experience in peri-urban agriculture (France, Canada and other countries) and 26 years research experience in adaptation of agriculture to climate change and variability as well as 30 years’ experience in community development. He was a Professor in Geography, University of Waterloo for 20 years and Professor in Géographie, Université de Montréal for 24 years. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development at the University of Guelph, Canada.

Dr. Eihab Fathelrahman is the chair of the department of agribusiness and consumer sciences, College of Food and Agriculture, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). He is an assistant professor teaching undergraduate and Ph.D. courses in global food supply chain management, food sustainability and health, agricultural and natural resource economics among other courses. Currently, Dr. Eihab research focuses on the economics of food security in UAE considering the fisheries sector and precision agriculture for forage production. Before joining UAEU, Dr. Fathelrahman worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Colorado State University, University of Northern Colorado, Washington State University and the U.S. Department of Energy Pacific Energy Laboratory, and the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. He was actively involved at the World Bank on the economics of climate change adaptations in West Africa initiative and the World Bank for climate Change global track project. He published over thirty articles and books chapters on applied risk management for agriculture, agricultural sustainability, food trade.

Rudra Bahadur Shrestha, PhD in Agricultural Economics from the National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan in 2015, and master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Banos (UPLB) in 2009. Dr. Rudra has long and extensive experiences (20 years) in many institutions with different capacities. Recently, he devotes as a Senior Agricultural Economist for the Government of Nepal and responsible for formulating policies and programs, developing projects, cooperation and coordination with donors and international communities (for example, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, EU, FAO, UNDP, IFPRI, USAID, JICA, SDC, Danida, etc.) on multidimensional aspects of agricultural development in Nepal. Dr. Rudra has also been serving as a Visiting Professor for Agricultural Economics, Development Economics, and Business Management in the Thai Nguyen University, Vietnam and the Purbanchal University, Nepal. He has published dozens of papers related to agriculture efficiency, agricultural marketing and trade, food security and poverty in impact factor peer reviewed journals, and also serving as editor and reviewer in many journals. Dr. Rudra has been involving in different professional organizations; Secretary General for Nepalese Agricultural Economics Society, Advisor for Global Food Security Strategy-USAID Nepal, National Adviser for Peace Corps Volunteer Program-Nepal, and Member for National Project Steering Committees of different donor funded projects. The research interest of Dr. Rudra are agriculture productivity growth, technology change and efficiency analysis, agriculture commercialization, trade and competitiveness, and cross-cutting issues of agriculture with food and nutrition security, and poverty reduction of smallholders in developing countries.

Kingsley Osei has a PhD from the University of Reading, UK (2007). He has 2 MSc degrees from the Royal University of Ghent, Belgium (1999) and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana (2001). Dr. Osei is a Principal Research Scientist with the CSIR-Crops Research Institute (CRI), Kumasi, Ghana. He is a Senior Lecturer in Plant Nematology at the CSIR-College of Science and Technology in Kumasi and currently, the Head of the Plant Health Division of CRI. He has published 35 peer reviewed journal papers, 2 books and 7 manuals. His rich experience in research led to his leading several international projects including BMGF funded YIIFSWA (Country Manager-2014-15) and CAY-Seed (Regional Coordinator). His research interest covers “The employment of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approaches, the use of antagonistic plants and organic amendments in the management of plant parasitic nematodes, host resistance studies and the application of molecular tools in research”.

Dr. Tzong-Ru Lee is a professor at the Department of Marketing, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan R.O.C. His research interests include SCM and decision making, agriculture innovation, Internet marketing and e-commerce, Logistics, Management science, Technology and Innovation, etc.. He serves as International Committee General Convener of CIBED, Fullbright Visiting Professor to USA, Vice Chairman of IAAS, international adviser for Small Businesses of EBRD, and conference lecturer of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). He has published 6 books and more than 225 articles in domestic and international journals. He also is the chairman of IAIC conferences from 2016 to 2020 and editor-in-chief of IJAITG.
