El-Sayed El-Tanboly has completed his PhD in Food Science in 1991 from the Academy of Sciences, Poland. He is currently a Professor and Consultant for development of projects and product quality food industries, the Division of Food and Nutrition at the National Center for Research in Cairo. He was an Executive Director for many research projects and development and quality of food products in Egyptian industries and published more than 50 scientific papers in the food industries in the journals.
