Mutasim Zeanalabdeen Algadi
Mutasin Zeanalabdeen Algadi, PhD in Food chemistry from the Khartoum University, Sudan in 2015, and master’s degree in Food chemistry from the University of the Khartoum University, Sudan in 2007. Dr. Mutasin has long and extensive experiences (15 years) in many institutions with different capacities. Dr. Mutasin has also been serving as a Visiting Professor for Biochemical research, Activity determination, inhibition studies, assay development in the Neurochemi Institute, Stockholm University, Sweden. He has published dozens of papers related to articles about the fermentation of foods, food safety, food security and Arab Journal of Food & Nutrition and reviewer in many journals. The research interest of Dr. Mutasin are Food & Nutrition, technology change and efficiency analysis, food safety, fermentation of foods, and food and nutrition security in developing countries.
